[Resolved]  Oxigen - Oxirail — DON'T TAKE ANY RAIL AGENCY FROM OXIGEN

Dear Sir,

i am R.O. of OXIGEN (OXIRAIL) from last 4 months .
i m belong from lower class family & i managed fund for start online ticket booking center with OXIGEN. but i am facing the problem from strating. everytime when i was apply for book the ticket & oxirail server was down & when all tickets has been finished than they person on his server. i called the customer care of oxigen & they given me only 1 answer that wait for some time.

but today is very-2 bad with me.
i was trying book 1 ticket from last 3 days in tatkal qouta (DEHRADUN to MUMBAI) of 1 passenger. but tickets was not booked due oxirail service & today whn i trying for book the ticket of this passenger than i faced same problem & all of this passengers fire on me & he broken my computer & slap on me...

so sir please tell me that whats my fault ???

dear sir, please solw the problem & please give me the answer tht who's the responsible for this?

DEAR PPLS, pliz dont take any R.O. from oxigen if you wont also this whom with mine...
