Dear Sir,

I am an Oxigen counter for recharge thru web.
Oxigen has REDUCED margin by 0.25% and has not informed the retail trade.
There have been grave issues with the customer care which doesn't respond atall.

I suggest if your are a retailer not to go for Oxigen franchise as there are more players in the market available....

I booked ticket from Oxirail.com in Morning 8:05:42am amounr of Rs 2715 Rs. but that ticket shows in Pending Ticket, Ticket not booked till evening 6:15Pm. I call to Customer Care of Oxirail 10 times bus they say wait some time. This is too much time my amount also not refund nor booked ticket....

I want to be Complaint against Oxigen Tatkal Quota I have faced a big problem of Tatkal Quota
Because in every time i have called customer the book tatkal quota but on this time the Site will be out service and the compay told that it is solved by very short time after that time the tatkal Quota will be Out of Quota definetly Oxirail doing a Black Marketing against Tatkal Quota Please Check this Problem...

my e-wallet id is 99171323XXXX. today morning(1st september 2009) i used oxicash.in mobile recharge(flexi recharge) to topup my mobile 9676752XXX(Airtel) with 49(SMS offer) it gave an error 101 and i didnt get any topup for my mobile.But amount is deducted from my e-wallet. so please see this issue and give back my money or do 49 topup for my mobile....

On May 27, 2009 I booked the tickets for 2 persons (journey from Pune to Chennai on 25th June09 by Indigo airlines, and Chennai to Pune on date 27 June09 by Kingfisher airlines) through oxitravel.in i.e. from above company's website. The passengers name was Dr.Shankar Wavre and Mr.Shankar Shelke....

Hi My self gaurav gupta.every time not book any tickets in tatkal qouta from oxigen-oxirail.
& when i called to customer care thn every time they give me one answer tht this problm will b shortout very soon. but not any response from OXIGEN.
now i am sure that OXIGEN is doing BLACK MARKETING in tatkal qouta bcoz if this is not right than why we are facing this problem every time???

so EVERY ONE its my suggestion...
