[Resolved]  oxygen — company is not assuring my e wallet and in the name of maintenance company forgring with my money

sir as on the date the mentioned company , oxigen , which provide the utility bill payment services recharge online service etc. , is on maintenance but still company normally providing services on his site but as the real fact the site was not working properly .due to this many transaction remain no result as my tran.no. -[protected] and[protected]. after the first of these tran. the company resulted failed so i have made another tran. in same no. of same amount which was also remain failed at that proper time . But after 3 hour both of those tran. become successful . that shocked me . before this day (11/01/2011) i have also made a payment of 110 rs. to airtel postpaid no.[protected] which also till today remained failed so in worry icalled to company but cc said that because of site mainainence these all problem occuring . they said tht APKE TRANSACTION KE BARE MAI ABI KOI ANKARI NAHI DI JA SAKTI KYUNKI ABI UNKO KHUD KO HI KHUCH PATA NAI HAI. this all rediculous because company knew that all taht will be happen but company didn't postpone its services . the intention of company was really doubtful.
