FD AMOUNT not retrn

I have a FD policy from PACL.and maturity date is 28 feb 2014. Till date PACL not issue my amount.

In Khammam District so many policy holders are varying the amount when they are refunding. so policies are matured but, the committee when finalizing to give the amount. some policy holders getting cases against the agents and generating problems.
