[Resolved]  Pal Group, Gurgaon — Doubtful integrity of Pal Group Gurgaon

The company collected 10% booking amount at the time of pre-launch in Oct.2005 through various agents who advertised in all leading natinal newspapers like the one Astra, Gurgaon. We were not told that Pal group was a property dealer and did not have a plot then to start consrtruction activity. After two years they could probably get a uneven piece of land in sector 78, Faridabadl and a small plot in Sec.89, Faridabad. However, they kept on launching one after another projects in Nimrana, Gurgaon, Rewari etc. thereby cheating the consumers huge booking amount. Even after 4 years when the members have paid more than 45 pct of the total cost in 78 and 89 sector, not even 5 pct of work has been completed. No premier banking institution came to fund this project except LIC Housing Finance who are seen reluctant time and again due to the malafide intentions of the builder. Is there any agency in govt. who can get the hard earned money back to the consumers. The developer tells the consumers to approach court bcoz he knows court cannot help them fast. Or any agency in Haryana or Delhi can pressurise the developer to finsih the work at the earliest.

This builder is not having doubtful integrity rather this builder is total fraud. They have cheated thousands of consumes who invested their hard earned money in their so called ventures.

I know people who sued them in court and since more than one year, there is no action taken on them and they never appeared in courts in any hearing. Their GM (General Manager) gives open challenge to go to court or do anything, no one can touch them.

So, i urge everyone to NOT to invest in any of the ventures of PAL Group. They are just collecting money from consumers in the name of ventures but have nothing in hand.
PAL Group has started 5-6 projects in NCR but none of them is complete. Off late they have realised that it is not possible to delay project endlessly as investors have started asking for refund directly or thru consumer courts. In case of PAl garden they have reduced prices by RS 50, 000/- and further agreed to pay interest of amount paid above 40% of BSP as applicable. They have also linked incentives with timely payment. They have tied uo with Top worth Group for construction of all projects.
Still basic question- will PAL be able to complete projects when investors have lost confidence on the group.

I strongly agree with it and I myself is a victim.

Paid almost 42% of the total flat and I dont things growing there at sector at any rate. For the last 1- 2years PAL taks pictures from different angles to fool client and get more money out of people.

Even after paying a whopping 11lacs almost 42% of the cost .. my allotment was cancelled saying that I havent paid the dues of another 6 lacs.
I Dharmender Datta have booked the flat in Gurgaon Nelliea Floor Sector 95 3 bhk. i have paid 6 lacs before 2year. there is no moovment since last year. all time they told us we are pllaning to start with in 2 months every time.
