Dear all, I have managed to obtain your e-mail address with great difficulty in order to seek your help, advice and support in the matter regarding cheating by the PAL INFRA group.I am one of the unfortunate persons who made the serious mistake of investing a substantial portion of my hard earned money received at the time of my retirement from DELHI GOVT in 2006 with this company. I am sure there re many others like me in the same boat. Due to a serious illness/change in family circumstances and realisation that there will be inordinate delay in the proposed project by the company ( deliberately or otherwise), within a year I requested the company to refund my money.Despite numerous visits i failed to get any positive response from them for more than a year. Finally, they gave me four post dated cheques totalling approximately Rs 4 lacs in Oct 2008 for payment starting in May 2009. I accepted this since I could ill afford to loose this opportunity to get back my life savings at this late stage in life paticularly since i am old and suffer from a life threatening illness. Unforetunately all four cheques have been dishonoured by YES BANK, GURGOAN for reasons SIGNATURE DIFFERS /ACCOUNT CLOSED. Obviously the companyhad dishonourable intentions and is guilty of cheating. May I request all my friends who receive / read this to please help me to recover my money as I am in dire need due to my illness. I will be grateful for any useful advice on how to tackle the problem. I would NOT like to take legal action except as a VERY LAST RESORT SINCE THIS OPTION IS VERY COSTLY and will be time consuming, oth of which I can ill afford at this late stage in life.I will be looking forward to hearing from all my friends who can offer support and help.
