Dear Sir/Madam,

I want to file a consumer complaint against Pal group infrastructure Pvt Ltd. I made an investment in 2007 for the Pal Green project that was planned in Sector 78, Faridabad. The builder promised us to give the flat in September 2011.

But there is no progress on the project from last two years. I asked builder to return my money and gave one application for that. I got a money refund letter from Pal group on their letter head that they will return my money in April 2011. Now it September and they are not returning my money. I have paid 8,48000 indian rupees.

I have an urgency for this money, i called the builder many times but everytime they make an excuse that director/owner of the company are not available.
