[Resolved]  Pal Peugeot Ltd — company shares suspended

I am a shareholder of this company. I get some shares of this company eight years back. This company does not exist in stock market. I want to know that, when it will be continued. I get thousand shares, till I am not receiving any documents from your company. I am so worried about.

I had been alloted 1000 shares of this company through the Initial Public Offer in 1994 @ Rs. 10.00 amounting Rs. 10000/- as a whole. Now, it is 2009. But, till date I am not getting any information regarding this company. It is not listed in NSE or BSE either. Recent time I came to know that land alloted to this company has been auctioned. What is the future of the investors?

my father in law had 1000share of pal-peugeot ltd. now he is no more. we want to transfer his share to his wife a/c. what is the procedure. and mother in law have a/c at geogit. when i search web site palpeigeot its not appear bse and nse. what should i do in this regard

if we are talking about pal peugeot ltd, I too have 200 shares of this alloted through IPO in 1996.
but i don't think if we will get anything out of this.

Our family holds shares allotted by PAL Peugeot Limited during its IPO. Where has the Company disappeared? Its promoters are filthy rich people who we understand are enjoying all the luxuries of life without any action being taken by the Government to come to the rescue of the helpless investors, many of whom are senior citizens like me. We pay taxes to pay for the salaries of these so called government servants. Why are they sleeping? When will they wake up from their slumber and start performing their duties? Which Minister/Ministry is responsible for this? What is SEBI, who is supposed to protect the investors doing? Just enjoying their salaries and perks. Which other companies are these promoters involved in? Why are their assets not seized and why have they not been sent to jail? They appear to be shameless creatures but what about the Government which swears by "aam adami"?
I am sure some one in authority reads these columns. Let them come out and reply. Or, are their mouths shut for reasons best known to them?

To all who are holding Pal Peugeot Shares... it is now not even worth Toilet Paper... because even toilet tissue paper is of some use but Pal Peugeot shares are of no use, the company sold off its land at a prime locality during the reality market boom at a huge premium and distributed the money among themselves & govt. leaving thousands of investors with junk shares. Now all of you who are holding these Costly Toilet Paper I have got an idea how to use it worthwhile. You should first take each of these physical shares and laminate it so that it does not get damaged for several centuries. Then you should go to some good photo frame shop and get it framed. Now you have the perfect example of how even a very reputed Indian business house (Premier Automobiles Ltd) and a similarly reputed foreign company (Peugeot) had fooled you and thousands of others out of your money. This you can teach your children and grand children and keep on reminding them by showing the framed share certificates so that they will not make the mistake you did while buying such a dud company.

Sir. I bought 1000 shares of this company in a year 2000. I send all documents are transfer to in the name of Pooja Goulay in 2000. Still I am not getting any documents from your company. I send all the documents by register post.

i, Ashok Arora had booked a Pal Peugeot car 309 in 1995 and had submitted an amount of Rs. 25, 000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand Only) . Later on they cancelled my booking for the car and sought for the refund of the onesite which was never send it to me . I filed a case in consumer court and the case was in the favour of me but still till now no action has been taken . Therefore I filed a case in THE CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL FORUM - 1UNION TERRETORY, CHANDIGARH . complaint no. 1111/98 date of decision 15.1.99 and the case was in my favour the court decided that the money surplus interst would be given back to the booking customers but till now no strict rection has been taken I request the authorities to kindly take an action.
