[Resolved]  Pan Card — wrong date of birth

sir i have received my pan card with wrong date of birth 19/09/1985 but it should be replaced as my orginal date of birth is 23/09/1985.& my father name is also miss as spelt vaitla patabi ramayya but original name is vaitla patabhi ramayya. so please correct it .

I, had applied for pan card, I would get it but it represent wrong birth date of mine

MY pan CARD Applied Yesterday so My given me PAN card Fee Received there re mention is Birth of Date 10/09/1983 by My Birth of Date is 10/09/1963 so what can I do

Dear Sir,
Recently, I have checked that by mistake the Date of Birth (DOB) is printed as 11/08/1986 while my correct date is 11/10/1986 (as per the attached documents too).
So i requested you to issue a new pan card with the corrected date (i.e. 11/10/1986).
Hope for the sooner action.

I had applied for pancard through Commissioner of incometax
.They issued pancard Acknowledgement number [protected].The date birth wrongly entered 26/07/1987 instead of 25/07/1987 in my Acknowledgement.Sir please assist me how can i correct my PAN card intries.
