[Resolved]  Pan Card — wrong date of birth

My pan card number is AYOPM3899B

I recieved my pan card but the date of birth given on the card is[protected] which is wrong the correct date of birth is[protected]according to my date of birth proof certificate.)

so i want the pan card with correct date of birth

Dear Sir I have taken pan card and the number is AAHPI7612P and my name is ANIL ISSRANI from mandla (m.p.) when i have befor recieved pan card my Date of birth was printed wrong and my correct d.o.b is 02/11/1971 and it was printed was 14/10/1968 kindly change it and send us new pan card for my residential address anil issrani s/o late shri lekhraj issrani anil niwas dr. ambedkar ward near state bank padaw ward mandla (m.p.)

My tenant whom I know since her childhood who is just 4-5 years younger to me has furnished her age as 42 years which is 22 years less than my age as per her PAN Card.
Is it not an offence as the PAN/Adhaar card are the proof of their age. On the Adhaar it is clearly mentioned that the Adhaar card has been issued based on the oral information/ self declaration without proof for Birth date.
Pl let me know whether it is a cognizable offence. and how to deal with it further.
