I have received a TDS refund cheque from AO, W-2, ITO, Imphal but the cheque's validity is already expired. So, what to do now? Will revalidating the cheque or asking for a fresh cheque do?

K.Siddaiah was Agent lic of India. His PAN No.AGNPK7408F. He was died accidentally. His TDS of income tax refund for assesment year 2010-11 was filed his wife on behalf of Late K.Siddaiah. The refund was sent on the name of K.Siddaih inspite informed his death to I.T department. The SBI cash management productcentre despatched cheque in favour of Late K.Siddaih was reached Siddaiah's residance post man found that addresse is no more and sent back the cover to sender. so I smt K.Muni rajyalakshmi as legal hire of K.Siddaiah and his wife solicit the refund cheque on my name instaed of my deceased husband.Thanking you sir.

Income Tax Refund not recieved for Assessment year 20010-11
I have filed the IT return for AY 2010-11 on 14th march 2010. E-filing acknowledgement number is[protected].

I have got the IT return Ack from income tax department also.But still i have not received the refund in my account. I have contached my accessing office in Amritsar. They have replied that they have not received the ITR-V copy in Amritsar.I have send the ITR-V to Income tax department and have also received the Acknowledgement from Centralised processing center with Mumbai Income Tax department's stamp on it.

Please let me know the status of my refund as it is almost more than 2 years.

My name is Pamela Anand. I filled name change form after marriage. I submitted the application in my organization and person at pan card desk in informed me that my new pan card with new name will come to our office address with in couple of days.

This person and his son do not have any Income source, as he is a retired person and senior citizen and his son is unemployed, do not have a job and any other source of Income. They are in a process of buying a flat costing 40 lacks in Pune and want to buy it by paying 30 lacks as a black money and 10 lacks as white money. They are unable to disclose their sources of income. I want to know how he arranged so much of money in a very short span of time that is in 8 days. I have a strong doubt that they are involved in some illegal activities and I strongly feel that they and the people around them are a fraudulent. I would like to appeal to the Income Tax Department that you try to assess/raid their house and try to find out the exact sources of their income, the sources of his current properties that they have bought and money they have collected in the past at Narayan Gaon Pune by checking all the transactions that he had done regarding his existing properties in the past and try to find out whether he has paid all his Income Tax dues and liabilities. I am damn sure that you will get the exact picture if you take an action against them. I hope and Trust that you will do the needful. Being a citizen of India I feel that it is my duty to inform you about the fraudulent people.
