Dear sir,
It is submitted that I,Saroj Kumar, had filled income tax return electronically for the assessment year 2009-10 on 8th july 2009. My E-filing Acknowledgement No. is [protected].I also furnished Form ITR-V to Income Tax Department -CPC,Post bag No.1,Electronic City Post Office,Banglore-560100,karnataka ,well in time of which i got receipt on my mail.([protected]@yahoo.com)
But till now i have not received my refund of IT Return.
Therefore ,i request you to please look in this matter and do the needfull

Sir,

I am a regular Tax Payer under the PAN No. AHDPC3561A. Due to my late declaration / submission of Savings during Assessement Year[protected] I had to make excess payment of Income Tax of Rs. 10,829.00 and pending for refund since then. My father has visited number of times to concern Assessing Officer of Ward No. 14/5 at HMT Bhawan, Bangalore and every time he has been promisied to get settlement within very short period, as the Central Processing Unit is processing the assessment.

All the time he has been assured to wait for some more time but all promises has gone in vain. Now it is alomost 3 years is going to be over and I do not know the status of my assessment and refund for assessement year[protected].

Should I forget to get refund or I may please be informed what I should do?

i pawan kumar sharma is daving a pan card bearing no-BGWPS1997R .this pan has pan blocked telling me that i have a one more pan card ,they sent me letter regarding this to present myself in front of ward officer ,ward no36(2).ITO delhinor a penelty of 10000 will be charged, i went there and gave all my concernd clarification ,the office told me write application ,after that i gave 2 more application but no result, my TDS foe 3 year are blocked for refund ,i have been getting tds on same pan , i m wooried abt my refund , when this issue will solved

i have not received my pan card yet i need it as soon as possible i am an able to open my bank account because of not having my pan card i am very disappointed with the work these people do.

I have been a regular tax payer and I filed my returns for the Assessment year 2008 - 09 on 9ti1 September 2008 wide receipt NO.[protected]. refund of RS.15130.00 was due to me and this is still pending.

For the Assessment year 2009-10 I filed my returns on 3rd July 3009 wide receipt NO.[protected] and a refund of RS.3610.00 was due to me and this has already been credited to my account on 6th November 2009.

On repeated calls and visit to your office I have been given to know that my file has been processed on 27th July 2009 itself. Inspite of the fact that all details for both the returns filed by me are the same still I have not received the refund for assessment year 2008-09 and for the year 2009 -10 I have already received it. I request you to kindly investigate the problem and resolve this at the earliest.

three years back i have taken one PAN card,unfortunately i lost my card and card number too......
after some days,i have applied for new pan card.and they have given me a new number of PAN.
my concern is that,i have filed one IT retuns with previous pan and now i am going to file IT with new pan,will it be give any kind of problem for me.

Myself Jashwant kumar Chouhan states that I got my PAN card having no.ANAPC9554A recently.But i found that in the spelling of my name it is written as JASWANT which should be JASHWANT.My date of birth is 05th February 1983.So I want my name to be corrected in which I have two querries
(1) whether the no.of the PAN card ANAPC9554A will remain same after the spelling correction or not?
(2) For that correction whether I have to send my original PAN card or not along with the application?

This has mentioned below our references who have communicated with uti but they have not responded positively. And they told me that you have to pay again processing fees for duplicate card. So you read my email which have mentioned here and understand that why I should be pay again for card. while problems have occurred by uti. If they have dispatched my card then whether have now & i have not recd. still now. While all ready have contacted them in 2007 but have not got any positively responses.
So I request you kindly provide me a card & you told them that why is creating this type problems. have not they responsible for that.
