[Resolved]  Pan Card — Forcefully added Middle Name in PAN Card

At the time I had a call for the verification of my PAN card the person on the phone (who said he was calling from delhi) mentioned that he needed my middle name. On which I told him that i dont have a middle name and even my Passport has been created like that. Upon which he said that I cannot process you PAN card without the middle name and then I had to give out my father first name which he used as my middle name.

Now I believe this might be a problem as my official name in all my other Govt. docs does not contain middle name.

Please let me know how I get this rectified.

I had applied pan card before a month with a driving licence, and received just a week before.PAN Card number is ARXPG8892N.
when i received it, I found change in surname, that is PAVAN P GOUEKAR, it should be PAVAN P GOVEKAR.
So, please guide me and give information, what should i do to correct it.
