[Resolved]  Pan Card — ERROR IN THE FATHER'S NAME

I received my PAN card today i.e. 17 April 2008, in which my father's name was erroneously printed as GAUABHAU SAKHARAM DAREKAR instead of GAYABHAU SAKHARAM DAREKAR. I would like to know the procedure for correcting the same. Please do the same as early as possible.

sir when i recive my pan card i found my father name was incorect my father name is Ranvir singh but in my pan card Ranbir Singh ...
so i want to corect my father name ...my details is given below...

FATHER NAME---- RANVIR SINGH

I received my PAN card in the last weak i.e 20 oct 2008, in which my father's name was erroneously printed as KODIKOPPALU BOREGOWDA GURUSWAMY instead of GURUSWAMY K B .I wouid like to know
the procedur the same.

MIDDLE NAME: IT IS THE PROBLE(AS ABOVE VEERA VENKATA BUT IT SHOWING ERROR)

acutal my surname is :karedla but in database it is first name.
but it is not matching my middle name pls help me
