I was issued a Pan card no AJCPK 8441Q but due to the non availability of the same by Incometax office at allahabad I was given a photocopy of the same.On enquiry of the same it was told that it will be supplied in due course but it had never been made available.Therefore, may I request the issuance of the same on my current address as given below. Pancard — non availability of pancard
Reaspects Sir/MadamI had Applid for pancard dated on 08/07/2009 wide application no[protected] wide coupan no[protected] that i was out of station due to this i had not received the said pancard till today.
on enquiry the concern authority has given the answer that the card hasbeen return dilivered to UTI office belalur
i had visited the office i had not received the card
it is my request to you please issue me a pancard on my residntial address as early as possible
your coperation in this matter will be highly appriciated

Pan card — Non Availability of pan card
I received my pan no (AEGPM0353J)but till date not received my pan card.I have submitted to UTI office on 27th April 2005 for the card, but no response got till date
