Dear Sir,

It is to inform you that I have already sent copy of this acknowledgment for request for new Pan card ( For my Mother aged 92 yearrs old) duly filled in alongwith her bank statement /pass book against acknowledgment no. [protected].


However, at the time of applying for Pan card on dated 23.06.10 since there was some technical problem on net (In the system) therefore during process it has been gathered that payment was not gone through resulting copy of acknowledgement for request of Pan card was also not taken.

Now from your this email, I have found that payment was actually was through & acknowledgement no. [protected] was allotted. By this way two time payment was made against the following acknowledgement nos. for the same individual & for the same particulars.

1. [protected].
2. [protected].

From the application, you will also find that for the same individual/particulars/data ( Smt. Sumitra Sharma) , payment of Rs.94.00 each has been sent to your deptt for the above two different acknowledgement nos. whereas only one application has to be used i.e against no. [protected] for getting Pan card..

Under the above circumstances, you will appreciate that excess payment of Rs. 94.00 has been released against unused acknowledge no. [protected] which may be credited to my SBI credit card no.[protected] through which payment was made on dated 23.06.10 on net.

[protected].

However, at the time of applying for Pan card on dated 23.06.10 since there was some technical problem on net (In the system) therefore during process it has been gathered that payment was not gone through resulting copy of acknowledgement for request of Pan card was also not taken.

Now from the emails received from NDSL, Pune, I have gathered that payment was actually was through & acknowledgement no. [protected] was allotted. By this way two times payments were made against the following acknowledgement nos. for the same individual & for the same particulars.

2. [protected].

From the application, you will also find that for the same individual/particulars/data ( Smt. Sumitra Sharma) , payment of Rs.94.00 each has been sent to your deptt for the above two different acknowledgement nos. whereas only one application has to be used i.e against no. [protected] for getting Pan card.

The concerned customer care centre of NSDL ,Pune was contacted serveral times to refund the execess amt.paid for two times against the one indiviadual & to get one pan card.But they replied that now payment cannot be refunded which is injustice to the applicant.

Under the above circumstances, I approach your good office to pl look into this grievance & take appropariate action with NSDL, Pune so that exceess amt.of Rs.94.00 is credited to my account through which payment wasreleased to NSDL.You will appreciate that excess payment of Rs. 94.00 has been released against unused acknowledge no. [protected] which may be credited to my SBI credit card no.[protected] through which payment was made on dated 23.06.10 on net.
