MY INCOME TAX REFUND CHEQUEFOR A.Y. 2008-09 HAS NOT YET BEEN RECEIVED.
UPON INQUIRY AT IT DEPT PALGHAR, I FOUND THAT IT HAS BEEN SENT VIA POST ON 30.04.2010, HOWEVER TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT.
I HAVE ALSO FILED AN AFFIDAVIT, ALONG WITH COPY OF MY BANK STATEMENT TO THE IT DEPT PALGHAR, TWO WEEKS AGO.
ONLINE STATUS OF MY REFUND STATES THAT THE ASSESSING OFFICER HAS NOT SUBMITED THE DETAILS TO NSDL.
KINDLY GUIDE ME SO THAT I CAN GET MY REFUND AT THE EARLIEST.

My query is, how did my pan card got registered without my knowledge?
If it is already registered by IT dept, what is the default password to login?
If not ,how should I login, and how should I e-file tax returns?

i think it is the same problem with everyone. when you click login it asks for a password which no-one created and a security question which only IT department can answer

I have never received the refund cheque of Rs.17 K for my income tax refund for the year 2010-11 . The online refund tracking website shows that the chq was returned undelivered due to wrong address. Actually the cheque was never delivered at this address , now I have written a letter to the department of income tax , to re-despatch the cheque at my new address and its been 1 month since then , still there is no news on my refund cheque. What shall I do now ?

It is also learnt that the Company is not in the habit of paying Taxes and none of their companies are assessed till date. They have crores of black money. Their family members are having lot of properties in their names and while buying properties they are not showing any income proof. Even the Company is not paying other government revenues. Why the Income Tax Department is keeping quite for long time when Satyam like companies are taken to task. Please take appropriate action against the Company. Recently, Mr. Gokul Narne purchased a Plot No. 56 in Gunrock Enclave for a value of Rs. 65.00 lakhs just like that by managing the Registering authorities. They purchased three Skoda Cars and other luxury vehicles. The Company selling plots in Jubillee Hills, Banjara hills, Hi-Tech city at a very high value. Initially, they attract the public in instalments and once few instalments commenced they raise the plot cost abnormally and put the customers in deep trouble. There are about 311 court cases are pending at different courts at different places. Even the Chairman, Col. Ranga Rao and his son Mr. Gokul Narne are managing with local police officials for NBW, They are not even having employees on regularly rolls and not paying even statutory payments like EPF, ESI, PR, etc. They are recruiting employees and harass them so that they themselves go on their own in a couple of months. For the worked period also the Company will not pay salary. The Company enjoying crores of rupees without paying taxes.

The Company Management is gaining some influence with some Govt. Officials through retired employees. Please look into the matter and save the public from their harassment.

My pan card vide acknowledgment number [protected] has been returned undelived to NSDL. the reason cited is improper address. this is absolutely a wrong comment on my communication adress. Express IT courier always fails to deliver the courier in time.All my official documents are being delivered to my communication address in Pune, but Express IT courier has no reason to state the reason of improper adress.
Kindly request NSDL to take an action on the same. Because The courier service has never given a call to me when they have received my Pan card. i made a call to the courier office also, but the courier office in Pimpri and Jagtap Dairy branch has forced me several times to come and collect the Courier personally.

I would also like to lodge a complaint to the consumer forum Regarding this kind of service offered during the delivery of PAN card.

your jetpur branch located at venktesh plaza compex is very careless in providing service reliting to pan service. On 4th dec 2010 i have received a call form the above mentioned jetpur branch to collect pan card from there premises. After 2 hours when i go for collection they peple told me your pan card is alredy delivered but i have not received my pan card when i have inquired about it on tin nsdl site they have marked Returned by couried agency for insuffciancy of address inspite of compite address. They are very careless in delivery of verious documents they peple make a call to consignee insted of deivering it on postal address. and for any any reasons consignee is unabe to attand phone they people return the document without making delivery at address mentioned on the envelope. i have faced these problem 4th time and there are so many more customer who is also facing such problem from your agency located at jetpur.

Binny Sobti — Regarding issue of PAN Card

Sir,
I have applied for the issue of new PAN card through UTI, Chandigarh on 31st March, 2011 and my PAN car has not been received so far. On enquiry it has been intimated that my PAN card has been despatched to me at my residence address at House No 843/I, Sector 40-A, Chandigarh on 15th April, 2011 and I may approach to nearest Post Office. Time and again I have been visited, but every time the dealing persons said that my card has not been received. Customer Care Centre has been informed that they deliver my PAN card vide No EQ[protected] in. Despite streneous efforts have been made, but my PAN card is still awaited. INCOME TAX REFUND-WRONG ACCOUNT NO

Dear Sir,

I have received a SBI (State Bank Of India) Cheque of an amount of Rs 17380.00 (Rupees Seventeen Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Only) (for the assessment year 2010-11) on account of Income Tax refund to assessee .
The SBI cheque no is 086259 issued on 29th July 2011. (Debit CBS A/C No. [protected].)
I submit the Income tax return for the assessment year 2010-11 on 11/11/2010 and receipt no. is [protected].
However I regret to inform you that the account no in the refund cheque was wrongly printed.
My account no is Bank A/C Number is [protected].However in the cheque the A/C No. is printed as [protected] for which till today I am not able to deposit it.
You are requested cancel this cheque and issue a correct cheque bearing correct A/C No. [protected] in its place to enable me to deposit it in my account.
Your urgent action shall be highly solicited.
