Submission of PAN card application on date 04-Sep-2008 Ack. No. – [protected] Pan allotted APLPD7969P and due to any mistake wrong address has been mention by you . In the Place of JABALPUR (M.P) you have mention AURANGABAD (MAHARASHTRA) & you have dispatched the pan card on the wrong address and place which has been returned undelivered to NSDL on 25-sep-2008.
