[Resolved]  Pan - UTITSL — Non-receipt of PAN Card

1.My friend's wife had applied for PAN vide coupon no[protected], application no[protected].While checking the stetus on utitsl site it shows as despatched on 12 Feb 2008.I have been tracking the same since last 03 months and seeing the same result where as it has not been received by them till now.
Its not showing RUD lying in delhi.
2.Similar case with my friend Babloo Kumar Jha, application no[protected].
How to get the PAN Cards?
