[Resolved]  Pancard Clubs Ltd — rbi approval

Beware company has no hotels in India & abroad but another company Panoramic Universal ltd has hotels in India & abroad(which PanCard Club shows as there own hotels).Also remember the Satyam scam in which no agency in India even touch the Ramalinga Raju's sons company Maytas Infra as it was another entity.If PanCard club denied to repay the amount then no agency in india can touch Panoramic universal. PanCard Clubs also sell you room nights but at the same time do not book your room anywhere.Company claims to be in timeshare business.But company do not book any room on behalf of you or exchange the room with another customer at the time of maturity.Company should keep the proper record of room nights booked & exchanged in timeshare business.Also company should sell the no.of room nights available with the company on that particular date as per ethics in timeshare business.But company is only running a money circulating business or ponzy scheme.Different govt.entities are now investigating into the matter.pl.visit the link

I agree with the complaint given. and also dissatisfied with the service of company.Previously at the time of taking policy agents were talking that this company is amongs worlds top 10 company. Now we have not received FD certificate from last 2 years. and another agent is telling that to get the certificate you have to pay Rs. 200/- extra as you have not collected from long period. Further not giving good service.
