Sneha Parulkar ... I had kept fixed Deposit of Rs.20000/- with Panjon Pharma & Post dated cheque[protected]issued for maturity amount was dishonoured by the Bank due to the reason STOP PAYMENT BY THE DRAWER. Three months have passed still I have not received a fresh cheque by the company.

What to do????...no solution
Dear Sir,
I have deposited Rs.25000/- through an Agent Mr. S.K.Jain with M/s. Panjon Pharma, Indore. The Company provide me the advance A/C payee Cheques for Deposited Amount of Rs.25000.00 and for interest on maturity for Three years.
The FDR cheques are due for payments in the Month of Feb'2010. Meanwhile my Agent Mr. S.K.Jain asked me to not to deposit the Cheques as the firm is devided among the two brothers and the firm issues new cheques by replacing old cheques and took the cheques for receiving new cheques.
But after 06 months, he replied that the firm is under court cases, therefore it require more time. Till date the same shall not cleared. Hence, I taken back my given cheques. The cheques are older and not have for validity for Deposite.
My Agent is shows his disability in getting me the maturity amount. The Cheques are given with the AXIS Bank.
Now what I have to do to get my money. Please advice me.
