BSNL — defrauding the consumer
i had applied for a postpaid to prepaid conversion of the bsnl mobile that i was using. i was originally given a wrong sim card for the same, then only after i checked it was made known that the mapping of my old no. to the sim given could not be done. then i was asked to get a fresh sim card and was assured that the mapping would be done in 3 working days. after 10 days the same no. has been alloted to someone else. i have lost the number i have been having for more than 5 years and also wasted money on 2 sim cards and also wasted many hours of my precious time.33%

BSNL — froad company
i was using one bsnl postpaid vanity number and had paid 5000+usual amount to get the number. after six months my number got disconneted and after verifying from the bsnl office they told me that this connection does not belong to me as i was receiving the copy of bill every month on my mailing address with my complete name and address and also i was paying my bill through cellone portal site. after insisting them to get my number be activated again or i will be forced to go to the law they replied just be quite or i will throw you out of this building and will arrest you by saying he is a millitant and is threatning me.these people should be banged...
