I m staying near uran naka below fish market..Municipality have already allotted the fisher-people a place in market..but they still seats on the roadside & they create mess in the area..there is no cleanliness at all. . due to that we are facing regular health problems...also the roads are not well constructed and there is to much of dust whole day in the area..which is causing us Asthma..We need ur Attention for the same.

There is absolute Gundagardi in area called Takka near Panvel Railway station.All autos are charging exhorbitantly plying between Railway station/Busstand, Panvel to Takka area.No dish tv persons like Tata sky, BigTV, Dish TV, Airtel etc are allowed to install their dishes as local cable operators threat them.It is horrible, despite of the fact that the matter has been reported to local police, no action has been taken to stop the menace.
Last 5-years Old Panvel roads are not in condition to Travel by vehicle or by walk. all rural parties govt. not think or not take seriously to make good condition type road for panvel. all are corrupted.
Due to bad condition road, Old panvel city become a dusty crowded & for that the viral infection like Tort, fiver type seen in child & senior citizen of every family. it means PMC is helping the Doctor to increase there business & money.

The Property tax bills delivered to residents in Kharghar this month are unjust (we have paid our taxes to CIDCO who provided us the services and still CIDCO is sending the bills), unrealistic( Other corporation in the same catagory charge proprty tax at much lesser rates), unlawful ( two Govt agencies can not charge same person twice for same service and bills raised without consultation or taking into confidence) . Earlier notices in Mar were sent to Societies and not addressed to individuals from whom the tax is demanded and hence they were deprived from raising their responses to the property tax demanded.
The collection of Property Tax, therefore, should be frozen with immediate effect till all the property owners are taken in confidence and details of services provided by PMC and Cidco for the given period should be clearly bifurgated. Only the services that were provided by PMC should then be charged at rates at which CIDCO was providing teh same services.
