Dear Sir,

I am living in Kharghar with my family. Our neighbour is spreading virus/bacteria through his open garbage box since long time.
He has kept a open box near to our main door, which is prone to spread dengue/malaria/covid19 viruses and other disease. They are not even using the covered/closed garbage box.
We spoken to him and his flat owner as well but nobody is listening. We have also informed to society secretary but he also not doing anything.

Please check the images for your reference.

Request you to please visit the society and take some action on priority.

Dear sir,
There is not a single street light in sec-18, road no 4, new panvel, navi mumbai, near surya refreshment.

CIDCO does not provide sufficient water supply. Only 1200 liters of water to a society of 5 flats.this is low as per the standard.

We reside in pushp sarovar plot 166, sector 4, new Panvel east.

after few complaints to CIDCO water provided 2500 liters daily. But again it goes down to 1200 liters.

This is with reference to the charges being collected for Death certificate at Kharghar sector 13 municipal corporation office are Rs.50 per copy, for the application made within one week of death. According to online updated charges are Rs.15 per copy.
Why the excess charges are being collected from Kharghar residents.

I am resident in usarli-khurd, balaji arcade they have very huge numbers of street dogs. They have most of time bite to walking people. Mostly in day time dogs are sleep in society blg. And down the vehicle and night time attacks in 8/9 nos in walking persons.

Main drainage line which is just outside of building is overflowing near our entrance. Oder is coming from that and this is creating health problems.

Please look in to this matter and solve as soon as possible to avoid any health hazard.

Sir, our ikad smokers came, i told them to smoke in our building, but they cursed us from our mother, tell us what to do.

In sector 22 in municipal market people have opened garage, car washing station and other small business

This will make the surrounding dirty.

There is a water leak on a bridge near tejomaye chs, sector - 7, new panvel. It is been for about 6-7 months and i hope you resolve this issue as fast as you can.

The road below railway bridge near ONGC, Panvel often gets waterlogged. The drainage was cleaned in first week of June andwater logging problem resolved but the muck taken out from the drain has been left near the drain.
It's apprehended it may again go back to drain and create water logging.

It is requested that strict measures should be taken for clearing of the muck taken out from cleaning of drains.

Sir, since 5-6 months there has been an increase in stray dogs near plot no 4, sector 21, kharghar. Around 6-7 dogs have gathered and they bark together for atleast 15mins day and night at almost every walking resident nearby/cars/bikes/bicycles passing. We have a hospital besides - omnavjeevan hospital. It is really disturbing as well as dangerous as we fear someday someone might get bitten by one or many of the dogs. Please help us get rid of these dogs and release them in nearby jungle.

New panvel, sector -18, road no 4, whole road has no light. Please solve the problem

In KL 4 Kalamboli, near to my house a drainage Doors is not kept in proper position as some part has broken. Later, the doors fallen inside the drainage. Now, we are scared due to lockdown no one is coming to repair... Please I request the Mahanagar Palika to come and replace with proper drainage Doors to be safe.

In kharghar opposite ganesh mandir sector 35-f, construction is going on a paradise group site and they have made a pit and filled it with water for some purpose, and this has been going on for one year. Due to this the number of mosquitoes has increased and the residents of the neighbouring building are facing numerous problems and this can lead to many diseases such as malaria and dengue.
We cannot even open our windows and whenever we try to approach the owner, he behaves in an extremely rude way. Even after requesting him a number of times he does not listen to anyone and even the police does not do anything about it.
They have caused a lot o[censored]nhygiene and pollution in the area and discomfort as well.
We request you to take strict and immediate action.

In kamothe moreshwar building sector 18 3 star salon is opened after giving warning by mahanagar palika all shop closed till 31st march. He ignore all warning. Todays situation is very bad due to corona virus n all people r threatened because of it n he dont care about any safety for people's health. He just thinking for himself n his profit. For people safety plz take strict action against him

The water is overflows every night in the building in front of mine. I took a video though it is not clear but it records the sound clearly. The water flows for than hour as i remember before goimg to bed. The name of the building is vasant villa opp. To godrej plaza chs, tilak road, panvel. Please look into the matte, i may be wrong about the reason of over flow but still, i am curious about the amount of water getting wasted evey night. Near panvel municipal corporation.

Small children and student come for studying there and this shop sale illegal gutka and cigarettes this impact badly for minor students

No street light in entry of sector 27 near to arihant krupa chs kharghar ranjanpada. It is completely dark. Even night time very poisonous snakes came out, any incident may happen. So plz see this matter seriously. It is bach side of central park. Along this huge grass is there in side of this road plz remove this grass also. No body is looking in this side

In city khanda colony at sector 10 near swad hotel 4 plots are reserved for doctors as doctor plaza for healthcare service of people so only doctor can live there or can run hospital only but there are shop of foods which are unauthorised rinning now creating trafic problem and noise as well to the other hospital.. Plz do quick action on that.. Even hospital ambulance cant enter to the hospital..

I am a resident of adhiraj gardens in sector 5 kharghar, plot no 32. Pin 410210.
Recently the managing committee, had a special agm and decided to construct a decorative lobby in the parking areas in the tower aqua-b.
This work is being done by breaking walls of the parking and covering parking space. Fire safety is not considered, the workmen toilet area has no ventilation. Now i understand they want to convert some parking area into a community hall. Parking is in both floors and both the areas are being reconverted.
There is no permission taken from cidco or panvel municipality. Committee says they are the owners and can do what they like.
Kindly also note that many flats have also reconstructed their rooms and removed or added walls, covered air wells. All this is a dangerous thing to do. The original approved drawings are no more valid.
If there is a fire or any disaster like building damage, blame will also come on government authorities for not being vigilant, or being partision.
Kindly intercede and rectify the illegal activities.

Our society suyah heights - 402, plot no 36, sector 18, kharghar, navi mumbai 410210 having shops in ground floor which are used by single owner and preserving medicines. Managing committee asked several times for followings,
1. To get electrical audit due to 24x7 running ac but owner failed to comply
2. Type of medicine preserving at shops as they may initiate fire
3. Proof of medicine from authorised authority
4. Wooden crates and paper boxes keeping out side shop which easily can initiate fire.
Managing committee requested officially to fire officer cdco but no action taken till date.
We the senior citizen need help from you to avoid fire hazards.

Suastha hospital located at kalamboli roadpali sector 20 is dumping construction waste, hospital waste in the the open plot within sector 20 next to bhoomi gardenia 2 society. Such unauthorised dumping of hospital waste is creating unhealthy climate for residents of roadpali, kalamboli.

Requested to take a strict action. Pics and video enclosed

There are many dengue cases noticed in kalamboli, roadpali areas. Drainge is either broken or open. There are large construction is going on in sector-15. No control over debries and dust. We felt like a animal. There is no fumigation and sprinkling to control the menace of mosquitoes. Sir keep in mind the reputation and cleanliness of navi mumbai, take immediate step.

Sir / mam,
I, am, pranay kumar pandey from sector-21 of kharghar node. I am addressing the grievance on the behalf of all of my friends and teammates. There is a ground named sachin park / sachin ground (In sector-21) wherein we (Players) plays diverse games ranging from badminton, football, kabaddi to cricket. The matter of concern for we players is illegal occupying of various part of the ground. One half of the ground is acclaimed and occupied by the cricket coaching academy. They've built nets on the ground and disallow and deplore people other than the academy's players going there. The coaches have also built a concrete pitch. Upon going they shout, yell and had once about to wage physical attack on one of our teammate. We are considering and terming these constructions (Modifications) as illegal since none of them are mentioned in the ground layout plan outside the park!

We players are in need of intervention of authorities to make them vacate the ground and also initiate the removal of nets from the ground as early as possible. These changes would bring back the richness of the ground and maximum area can be utilised by everyone for playing. At present barely 70-74% is utilised wherein removal can increase the number to 90-93.5%. The illegal encroachment by cricketers' is not only a single issue. During festivals, political parties build tents and destroy the ground by concretising. This has lead to very large number of injuries to players and is increasing day-by-day.

We also suggest the officers in-concerned departments to survey every possible things on the ground [sachin park; as early as possible] in-person and all the gardens and grounds across kharghar. This issue will be found everywhere.

We have very high hopes with administration. Please address the grievance and intervene in the minimum time possible.

Dear sir,

One guy set up his vegetable stall opp to panacea hospital sec-7 new panvel. Two years back he started with small setup but now his setup is very big.
Because of this conjunction happens on road and he throw vegetable garbage on road.
He has some relationship with muncipal corporation guy, everyday vamn comes and without taking action goes.

Since last three /four months, we are facing water supply shortage everyday, in spite of heavy rains in panvel area we are not getting sufficient water in sector-9/10/11/3/4/5, many peoples are strugling for water, also tankers are demanding 1500 to 2000 rs for ech tanker, the water of tanker is not drinkable also,
I am staying in panvel from last 15 yrs and not faced such problems earlier, after handing over by cidco we are facing lot of problem, the pressure of line is decreased and our sump is not getting filled, last week there was acute shortage of water and we have to depend on tankers but tanker water is not goo for drinking purpose,
Sir please look into the matter and try to regularise the water supply

It has been seen that outside Apeejay School kharghar, Sector 21, there is an open sewage(gutter) which is dangerous as school children, daily walk through that path and can cause any mishaps.

We as parents of the school are really worried for the same.

It is a humble request to you to kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
