regarding power failure so many time

Dear sir madam
From so many hours taloja phase 1 power failuer of total area... raining also stop ... then also power failure even when raining stop strat to power failure... not understand what is going on n we are calling to call center they also dont know about this... so what can we do... when light is coming... here power failuer is like village we are not assuming a we are living in city it like town wherw loadsheding are there... please do some thing in morning n afternoon time we can adjust but its night so we need a reast...

dangerous road crossing

I m resident of khandeshwer. As i live adjacent to national highway besides khandeshwar lake i would like to draw your attention towards the dangerous crossing of road by pedestrian. Due to continously approaching high speed vehicle on this highway it has became dangerous for school childrens to croos this road who lives in motha khanda.
Many citizen have met with accidents in past couple of years. Many school children were even victim..
As these children have to face this dangerous challenge of crossing road on daily basis just to go to school. I request the appropriate authorities to take an appropriate actions. Installing a traffic signal or a speed breaker or a foot over bridge is one of the solution.
Location-
This crossing is located just outside the netrajyot eye hospital in sector 1 of highway side. As this is the nearest and convinent way to go from motha khanda and enter khanda colony for school childrens. They take the risk of crossing this highway.
I hope this problem will be addressed soon.

We started living in kharghar after 2015 and today all the major roads as well as internal roads are severely damaged due to unplanned services of service providers and their non supportive action on road rectifications.
The corporation is believed to be the authority to take action against the contractors as we are suffering terrible pain in travelling by car or auto which may end slip disc.

A kirana store naming 'om sai super market' shop no 2&3, surmesh co-operative housing society, plot no 149, sector-4a, asudgaon, panvel, raigad-410206.
Shop owner demands excess money (22rs) for mahanand half ltr milk packet while it's mrp is 21 inclusive of transport & cooling charges. He denys to buy a product when i asks for the mistake of rupees. He also sells cigarette packets and tobacco while he has no licence to sell it. This is serious issue. Please do have a look it.

replacement of storm water drainage covers

In sector 7 of new panvel east, adjacent to compound wall of school opposite f type bldg, a new storm water drainage is constructed in 2017-18. Covers provided on this drain are of normal/ld type precast covers. The road has vehicular traffic and so, heavy duty precast concrete covers are required to cover the drainage. It is therefore requested to either provide heavy duty precast concrete covers or cover whole drainage line with cast in situ r. C. C. Slab with adequate heavy duty precast concrete covers in between.

In condominium No. E-9, E-Type Apartment Owner's Association, Sector-18, New Panvel, Flat No. E-9/0:2 and Flat No. E-9/1:3 are being used as CLOTH GODOWN which are fire hazardous. E-9 building is 34 years old and flats wiring is very old. It may short circuit at any times and lead to fire and may cause death to flat owners who reside there. We have given written complaint to Commissioner of Panvel Corporation on 21st June 2017. He said it is under the CIDCO juridiction. The we have given written complaint to Estate Dept. CIDCO Belapur on 5th July 2017. He said it is under the scope of Panvel Municipal Corporation. Then we approached to local Corporator and handed over our complaint on 3rd August 2017 but in vain. Then we approached Sabhapati of Panvel Municipal Corporation on 29th December 2017. He direct the Assist. Commissioner Panvel Municipal Corporation to look into the matter. He alongwith his PA visited the building on 1st January 2018. But still no action as taken. We afraid that it should not happened like KAMALA MILL. We earnesty request to look into the matter and solve it either by CIDCO or Panvel Minicipal Corporation. Thanking you.

Complaint marked as Resolved Assistant municipal commissioner Shri Jaganath Khade visited the site after instruction of Shri Paresh Thakur, Chairmen of PCMC on 1st January 2018 but still the person is doing business in full swing without any fear. Please resolve the complaint immediately. Meanwhile if any incident happened then your corporation will be responsibility.

Dear sir,
I wish to bring to your notice the inconvenience we have gone through as a result of kharghar being a part of the panvel municipal corporation. Your officer mr. Jhadav, has informed us that they cannot issue us a marriage certificate because our marriage certificate was issued by the kharghar panchayat. Before we submitted the documents to kharghar panchayat, there was a form submitted to the panvel office, which the officer refused to check.
I do not understand why i should be penalized because kharghar panchayat now being a part of the panvel corporation. Kharghar panchayat officials, on the other hand, refused to answer any queries.
As a citizen of india, i have the right to request documents associated with me, after paying the administrative charges, but mr. Jhadav seems to think that the marriage certificate is issued only once.
The mahaonline website also seems like an eyewash. I paid the processing fees for a marriage certificate and mr. Jhadav confirmed that they do not process certificates as of the moment. The appeal system is too complicated for anyone to even try (Email address and contact details of the appellate), no guidelines etc, making it extremely difficult.
I am disappointed with the system and the highly inconsiderate people working within the panvel municipal offices.

garbage over flowing out of the garbage bins on roads and footpaths

Dear sir / madam,
I, the undersigned, mr. Digvijay gaikwad, the resident of new panvel, want to complaint against the panvel municipal corporation for the over flowing garbage on roads and footpaths beside it.
There are 2 locations of the same garbage situations as follows:-
1) garbage bins near the shiva complex parking of new panvel,
2) garbage bins near the abhyudaya bank near new panvel station.
The garbage bins are fully overloaded with garbage that it has got spread on the alongside roads and footpaths that even people cant walk on the footpaths from that way nor from the road beside it.
Even the local area is smelling badly by the garbage collected for so long in it and the municipal corporation is unable to pick it up and dump it.
Why this kind of things happening when every authority has been appointed for every work for public service.
Local people besides that point have to suffer from it and then this can even lead to medical unhealthy issues like various illnesses and lungs diseases.
When every penny of tax is collected timely from the people then why this garbage is not been collected on time.
Hope for your kind reply and prompt action against the same.

I reside in kamothe sector 21 plot no176, there is no proper service to collect garbage in kamothe and no one come to collect garbage for days. This has resulted in garbage piling up in front of my building and all over kamothe. This can pose serious health risk as well other diseases can spread.
On one side our prime minister is talking about Swach Bharat and on other side our government official are not bothered to collect garbage on daily basis.
Please look into the matter urgently.

Garbage Disposal in my society

This is to inform Panvel Municipal Corporation about the
Garbage disposal in my society. There is no proper service for garbage disposal
in my area. I live in Ridhhi Sidhhi Complex, Peth Gaon, Behind Welcome
Restaurant, Palaspa Phata, Kolkhe, Panvel – 210206, Mumbai.
The Garbage is accumulated since 5-6 days, and there is no
proper governmental authority to dispose the same. The heap stinks and it’s
very difficult to stand in the society compound. The person who is in charge of
disposal has a government vehicle with him, but he asks for extra money from
the society to dispose the same.
I don’t know how corruption has ruined the places in Mumbai
for better living and greener environment. Are we living in Stone Age that
there is no proper authority to dispose this mess? I appeal to any one, who is
reading this message, please help us and fulfill the task as soon as possible.
This heap of garbage will bring more mosquitoes and malarial infections that
are not only in the society but even outside it.

This is to inform Panvel Municipal Corporation about the Garbage disposal in my area. There is no proper service for garbage disposal in my area. I live in Nakshatra1, Adai Village, near radha Krishna temple, Panvel – 210206, Navi Mumbai. The Garbage is accumulated since 5-6 days, and there is no proper governmental authority to dispose the same.
Garbage collection by your van is not at all regular. Our society madhuri-chs, plot no.=27, sector= 12 kharghar-410210, near tusi-angan garbage collection is not done regularly.
Please send your supervisor to survey the garbage collection condition by your vans.
How come van operator keep garbage.On roads without collecting..

No provision of dustbin and public toilets

There are no proper dustbin facilities in new panvel. One can find a dustbin 1km away. Consequense is that people are forced to throw waste anywhere.Also there is not a single public toilet in panvel.The road conditions are pathetic.The flyover bridge work is pending since months. So there is inconvinience to people and vehicle to go from very small road which is open on only one side. The manholes are always open and there are no street lights, so there is danger of accident. Municipal corporation is not looking after these problems.We all citizens pay taxes for our convinience and public facilities. But where is this money going no one knows.........

There are such road in panvel , they are not in proper like lots of roads are not in condition
