2012 i have tried to book a internal holidays - europe tour for my family of 6 person with paras holiday. They have taken an advance of 1,20,000/- 20 % of the cost which says - non refundable if visa is refused. When i came to know that the company has very poor service i tried to get all my documents including the passport. They never pick up the phone. If they do no one is the concrern higher authority over their. I ask one of the staff who is the owner - they replid mr naveen jain - i tried to complaint to him but they refuse to pass any phone or message. Please solve my problem as the company is not good to handle the client and they are cheating one after the other. I wish to get my money refunded with all the documents which i have submitted.
