respected reader, , i saw many people complaining and many people sharing their problems... but these no solution column or suggetions for the proper channel of complain... i dont think any action is taken or resolutions are done, , these is no link to the results of these complaints.. so what is the purpose of wasting time complaining everywhere i am dissappointed Was this information helpful? i m Jessy from bhilai, district- durg, chattisgarh. i have send a parcel to trivandrum, kerala . that parcel included two shirt pieces, one denim shirt, and one saree. it caused me a massive loss of two thousand rupees and more..that parcel reached on 10th of jan. which was misplaced by IIT books and a saree.. i want your personal attention in this case and should not allow this disease to grow and hollow our country.
i need your advise to complain in a proper channel and get the thief red handed
