the matter is that I am the consumer of Parul gas service /Indane gas from arya gas agency .My consumer no-22251, Add- B-58, gali no 1, Keshav nager Ibrahim Pur Delhi Our refil gas cylinders does nither delivers at right time nor ok in quantity.So please take some actions for solving this problem.

You have mentioned two problems. The first one is untimely delivery, to complain for which, you can use ways mentioned in this link:
