Hi I have booked the gas on 9 aug 2021 and it's been 12 aug and my gas is not delivered . And I have tried to contact on every possible way to the agency but they are not responding and we have done the payment also .

As always i tried to book Gas cylinder from Parul Gas Service by the contact no.([protected]) provided by them. But this time after calling on the same no. it said to call by another no. ([protected]). Now upon calling through this it said you can't make Gas cylinder booking through this number.
Kindly look into the matter and revert back asap!

earlier also a complaint was made to you but it went in deaf ear. again with the unexpected hope i am trying the same to raise your eyebrow. Your agency Parul Gas Service since long time is in the habit of denying their real consumer to entertain as he used to sell cylinder into balckmarket. The phone no. of the agency are given bealow, out of which some remains switch off and some are never picked up. They do not comply to provide...

i have booked a reffile on 29.01.11 by tomogas.com but we haven't received any deilvery from parul gas serivces. please resolove the matter ASAP.

the matter is that I am the consumer of Parul gas service /Indane gas from arya gas agency .My consumer no-22251, Add- B-58, gali no 1, Keshav nager Ibrahim Pur Delhi Our refil gas cylinders does nither delivers at right time nor ok in quantity.So please take some actions for solving this problem.

I AM A RESIDENT OF BURARI / DELHI AND GAS AGENCY COMES UNDER IN THIS AREA IS M/s PARUL GAS SERVICE.

FIRST OF ALL, THEY NEVER PICK THEIR TELEPHONE WHEN WE TRY TO BOOK THE GAS CYLENDER BY PHONE AND COMPELLED PEOPLE TO COME AND BOOK THE BY QUEUE WHICH TAKES MUCH MORE TIME. EVEN AFTER THAT DELIVERIES ARE NOT MADE LESS THAN 15 DAYS. THE DELIVERY MEN TAKES OUT THE GAS FROM FROM A FULL CYLENDER AND DELIVER AROUND 3-4 KGS LESS ON EACH...
