My self Mr Binay sharma. i purchased a passion pro bike in the month of febrauary 2011 . since i have puchased the bike i m getting the self start problem because of exide battery . once i hv given the battery for exchage but my battery was not changed n was give some other deffective battery which last for only 3 moths n started giving problem . when i went to have word with Four point service center supervisor Mr vakil he refused to except that they have givne me the this 2nd battery.. n was Arguing with me & has abused me very badly in frontof his staff and another custumer. i request a strict action on him or i have to go to comsumer court for that.
