        I have purchased brand new bike passion pro on october 2018. Since then i am facing problems with the bike and whenever company executive checks my bike the response i get is spark plug is shot. I am literraly frustated as i belong to poor family and working in private company. I am annoyed as every after two days my bike does not get start.
        Please help me in this regards as i am not getting any positive response from hanif motors m. A. Road srinagar kashmir and hero service team.

              Passion Pro Router(Self Start) Problem

                I bought the vehicle 3 years before, after 1month the complaint began with starting trouble, i checked with the service people they said we will make it ok, but nothing on progress, as i had the use of vehicle regular, i adjusted with the complaint as the dealers service in trivandrum was poor as they said the complaint is with the spark plug adapter i changed it three times company genuine parts. Later got fed up I contacted a service technician who is my friend and specialized in bike mechanism for around 15 years He cleared the complaint. Then the next complaint began, after going 60 speedometer radius the bike begins to shiver like got frightened. so i changed the accelerator cables and timing was made ok but no use. Small gutter roads too the shock absorbers began to affect my body after one year of the vehicle purchase. Now after the use of 3 years the tank began to leak from inside, so that i got parted the tank and stick the down surface with Mseal , but no use. So now mileage matters too affected. The leakage damaged the carborator, automizer needle. The fuel tank level indications systems. After all i am spending around minimum 1000 rupees per month for its maintenance. What genuine parts they are making NO IDEA???? No required spares are available anywhere in the capital city. And their excuse from dealers is that i[censored] want to service or rectify your vehicle, only u can through dealers. No spare parts are there for sale. MEANS GENUINE???? And if we give our vehicle for service or repair, it will go up to 2 to 3 days , as their saying. If we inform the complaint too. They will say it may not be the problem. such great response. What the DAMM HELL company is this, Now they are giving 5 years warranty for bikes. Better They should give at least one year warranty for life. And tell this motorcycle as a USE AND THROUGH extended for 5 years.

                  Service agencies behave rudely and have made their own rules. I went at 10am for getting my bike serviced. The person in charge of booking the service offered me 21th token number and asked me to leave the bike at service center and come only after 5.30 pm. I told him that I have some work and can not submit the bike at present however I can do it after sometimes ( around 2 pm) but he refused to service the bike and said that I have to leave the bike at service center right now then only he can do the servicing. I asked him whether there is such rule, he rudely said it's his own rule.
                  Can you pls suggest me if there is actually some rule from the company and does the company have any code of conduct for the service agencies.

                    Hi,

                    i have bought 'Passion Pro' Bike from one of the Hero Honda dealer ‘PRATIBHA MOTORS’ on 10/11/2011 at Pune. From date of purchase till now i am struggling with handle Vibration problem. When two people sit on the bike, while driving handle shakes a lot and it is very uncomfortable to drive the bike. When I approached to the showroom for the same issue during 1st servicing they said that as the shockers are new you are facing this issue and gradually it will be OK. During Second Servicing, I have asked them for the same issue. They said that they will check handle and will resolve it. Unfortunately even after the second servicing the issue persists. Day before yesterday when I approached them for the same issue they said there is some problem with the Tire and need to be changed. As per them it is a TVS Tire and they don't have the stock available with them. As per the Service Delivery Manager Mr. Sunil Sinde it might come in 10 to 20 days, but that is also not confirmed. I am struggling a lot with this issue and the Show room staffs are giving me any new reasons every day. Kindly look into this issue and help me.

                      I had bought a Hero Honda motor cycle - Passion Pro on 22 Feb,2011. At first, it gave the average of 45kmpl.Then I complaint for it during first servicing to the mechanic in the service station- (VISHAL AUTO AGENCIES). They told that it will be fine after the servicing. But after a ride of 25 km in city, bike's condition remained just as before servicing - Engine getting hot very soon, gear sound on driving, loose clucth and brake and worst of all, average getting reduced to 38-40 kmpl. Since then , our bike had had 3 servicing, but similar story repeats with service men saying it will be fine after servicing and problems arising in bike after only 20-25 km of ride. We are fed up now. There is no other answer to our complaint than " we only have to service it, what will you do by complaining anywhere else". We are poor people. We bought the bike so that, we get less expenditure on bike's maintenance and lower petrol cost. But we are getting neither of the benefits. Our last hope lies on you people. Please take appropriate action as soon as possible.

                          My self Mr Binay sharma. i purchased a passion pro bike in the month of febrauary 2011 . since i have puchased the bike i m getting the self start problem because of exide battery . once i hv given the battery for exchage but my battery was not changed n was give some other deffective battery which last for only 3 moths n started giving problem .
                          when i went to have word with Four point service center supervisor Mr vakil he refused to except that they have givne me the this 2nd battery.. n was Arguing with me & has abused me very badly in frontof his staff and another custumer. i request a strict action on him or i have to go to comsumer court for that.

                            Hundekar, having complaint about the new bike Passion Pro.I had purchased the new passion pro bike 4-months back {MH-14, CH-9605},from start of the day it has the lot of problem.I had told to responsible manager at sehagal dealer who is looking for services of vehicle but he had told me after 2-services it will be ok .But still I facing the lot of problem listed below.
                            1) Current Milage - 30-35 Km/Lit as per specification it is 60-65 Km/Lit
                            2) Pick up problem
                            3) Igniton Start up Problem from plug
                            4) Fuel Display Problem-if petrol indicator bar is at 1,but later it showing 2 and again 1
                            5) Kick problem

                            This is very serious problem.So please do the needful or take immediate action.

                                i have purchase bike on 05/12/2010 from VIKAS AUTO WHEELS SHIVAM PLAZA, GT ROAD ALIGARH. But they have delivered bike with loose part , which are making noise while driving the bike. moreover they also have not install battery of the bike for self start. i went there for installing the battery but nobody hearing me. worker have told me that we dont have charged battery for installing.
                                kindly take care of negligence on the part of managment of the showroom.

                                  I have a hero honda bike Passio Pro silver color purchased from Mahalaxmi Automotives ,Baramati before 1 year.I was regulary done all the servicing of my bike, but after last servicing which was 6th at 27-March-2010 my bike average get down from 65km/L to 45 km/L and big scratch at left side of fuel tank of bike.
                                  I was regularly complating about this issue to manager but they neglecting.So please take a strict action against this.

                                    I have purchased my bike passion pro in april last year from STS AUTOMOBILES. After second service , my bike starts giving problem. When in morning , i starts my bike ,it started very well but after running or racing , its engine tends to stop and sometimes stops.

                                    I have asked dealer many times to rectify my problem , but he says this problem is with every passion pro bike.But i noticed its not the fact.

                                    I have been serviced my bike many times from authorised dealer, but in vain. My problem remains the same.

                                    I have one service left from dealer but i have no hope.

                                    So please sir, help me for me and for company reputation
