My name is Vikram Reddy, i applied for my passport on 15-12-08 @ Hyderabad File #: A075318, my status says ( FURNISH EXPLANATION FOR SUPPRESSION OF MATERIAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PREVIOUS PASSPORT AND SURRENDER THE SAME ) before this i applied 2 years back, but that got rejected as i was not at home when a person came for Enquiry please let me know what to submit & where to.
