Passport — not yet get my passport

I applied takkal passport for my son Baby. karan kishore, verification everthing over, and i paid money also you told me that my son passport will be issued with in oneweek. But still i have not received passport till. already i had sent one reminder mail there is no response from you,
pls take action immediately and send passport with out delay.
