[Resolved]  Passport — exterme delay of passport

hi,
my name is katpally akshay... my file no is z155711..
i have applied for new passport 10 months back but still did not get my passport...
the passport authorities are not at all responding to my problem

i had given a new "dd", , submitted my "pp forms" again but still there is no response and passport is not yet dispatched...i went to regional passport office chennai nearly five times for this purpose but they did not do anything

please help me and get my passport dispatched as soon as possible

i rescheduled my gre exam two times and lost nearly 5000 rupees for this problem
i have to write my gre exam but still i do not have my passport, please help me in this
