[Resolved]  Passport — Passport agent fraud

Hi,

I contacted an agent for address change on my passport. This guy never returned my passport. My passport has a US visa on it. The agent is telling me that my passort was given to Nihal singh in passport office for this work and Nihal singh was caught by the police for some fake passport scam. The agent is telling me that Nihal singh is in jail and he is not able to find the passport.

I filed a compaint with prashant vihar police station but they are not filing a FIR and I need my passport urgently to go to Dubai and be with my husband.

Really frustrated and stressed. Could anyone suggest a solution
