[Resolved] Passport — how to correction the name on passport

hi iam sathish kumar i applied for a passport 45days back, i got a passport consist the name as SATISH KUMAR few days back, but when iam applying the passport i dont have original S.S.C MEMO, i lost my S.S.C MEMO in one journey, later i applied for a new S.S.C MEMO I got a Duplicate S.S.C MEMO from board through my school, at my school sir issued my memo as SATISH KUMAR, BUT my original and all other certificate like +2, B.S.C AND M.B.A certificates consist the name as SATHISH KUMAR. Hi,

I got my passport last year.

But there is spelling mistake in my own sir name as well my mother's sir name.

The sir name in the application form is correctly mentioned by me (I also have the copy of the same also), but still the passport office person have mentioned that wrongly.

My actual sir name name is KHANDELWAL while on passport it appeared as KHANDEWAL and my mothers sir name is KHANDELWAL while on passport as KHANDELAL.

Please tell me how to correct these sir names as those were filled correct in application form itself.

Respected sir,
i myself Mr vikas kumar jalan, want to know that i want to change of name in ssc board memo, because in ration card & voter id and many other records i have my full name is vikas kumar jalan, but in ssc board it si vikas jalan, (kumar) is not there .
so i need in my ssc memo, name to be change & i m getting more difficultties in getting the passport.
so it is a humble request is to do the favour, otherwise give me the sollutions.

In my passport i had name Priyalatha Praveen das(husband). in Voter id and Ration card it is priyalatha only. But in my S.S.L.C, P.U.C, Degree certificate my name is Priyalatha.U. Am taring to go U.A.E will create any problem in getting job. Please advice me.

In my SSLC certificate my name is Shaji Mohamed, but all other certificates like Diploma, school leaving certificate, marriage certificate has the name Shaji Mohammed, now I have applied for the passport which also has the name Shaji Mohammed, I am applying for L1 visa, will this be of any problem, pls advice, I will be very thankful.

My name as in passport: MEYYAPPAN(surname)RAMA MEYYAPPAN(Given name)
...can i take MEYYAPPAN as my middle name in the (Given name) of my passport...My actual name right from school days is M.RAMA MEYYAPPAN...i dont mention any name as middle name either in passport form or any form...Give me right solution... i do leave space between RAMA and MEYYAPPAN on all my ID's...
