[Resolved] Passport — non issuance of passport | |
i have applied for passport on 1 st Aug 2007 at Lucknow regonal passport office . i submitted all required documents. As i am working in govt. organisation i have submitted NOC also. but status page enquiry showing that police report not been recieved. i have already complined to regional office at lucknow, but nothing has happened.here iam giving the details: file no: LKOG00051207 application date: 1 st Aug 2007 i request you plz look into the matter and issue the passport at the earliest. thanking you sundaraiah konda Was this information helpful? | |

I have applied for the renewal of my passport with a fee of Rs.1000/-. Police enquiry completed on 27.04.09 at Toranagallu Police station under Bellary SP office.
I do not have the file no. I have tried to contact passport office several times but only ansering machine asking file no which i do not have. I asked my freind at Bangalore to enquire at passport office. Passport office staff asked him to come the orginal person.
I am staying 400 Km away from Bangalore. May somebody help me to obtain my passport. Only one reference No. I am having is the number written on the cover. " R/1354/08" DTD 22-12-08

When i am tracking the status of Passport the Web site gives the status as "
Application has been transferred to policy section, Please See the PRO ".
Though i have personally visited the office at least 10 times and meet the PRO Ms. Bala , and i dont get any adequate answer from them.
Requesting you through this mail & lookinto matter .Kindly let me know the reason why the passport is yet not done , and what is the way i can get it .
Kindly extend your help.

All details and documents has been submitted by us to SP korba for police varification. Report has been generated by 15.03.2008, but wrongly sent to passport officer Raipur instead of Bhopal. Bhopal passport office has the photocopy of the report of police varification. They have sent back to settel the case to SP korba. SP korba say they haven't received any corroespondence from PO bhopal. Public grivance officer of bhopal had a direct talk with SP korba and had prommised to settel the case, but till now no favaourable responce has been obtained. Its now the matter between two Govt departments and we can hardly do any thing.
My request is to help me to get issued the case urgently as the matter is almost 10 months old.
