Dear Sir or Madam, I am Anusha; I am currently residing in Tenali, Guntur (D.T). I have applied for my passport on 23-June-2010 in Passport office Guntur. Almost two months back Police verification is completed. But I am not able to view any information in the Passport website. It always says, "File Reference number is either wrong or Information NOT available". I am trying to call the numbers given in the website,but nobody is picking up the call.I sent an email also to the given mail-id in the website even though no reply from them.Can you please look into this issue and reply me. Please update me about the status of my passport. It is quite urgent. I have applied passport for my two children File No HYDA04770310 and Key No
[protected] dated 19.08.2010 and File No HYD01764110 and key No [protected]
Dated 30.08.2010 and till date the police enquiry is not done so kindly i request the passport authority to do needful and it will be helpful to me as our family is plaing go to macca for umrha.

I am C.S.Harshavardhan reddy and i applied a passport at[protected] in anantapur and my file number is HYDz[protected].In the police verification i got problem and i submitted my stay of proofs again in January and my police verification was clear. i asked in enquiry they said bring your file out word number and i brought it from police inquiry office and my file out word number is 0499 and covering letter number is 7. so please check my file and infom me whats my fault and how to apply new passport.

I have applied for my passport on 1 feb-2010 in Passport office secunderabad. Police verification is completed. But I am not able to view any information in the Passport website. It always says, "File Reference number is either wrong or Information NOT available"
