Dear sir, I have appiled for passport in 12 feb 2001.But in passport the my name is not updated as per proof which i submitted. File no. A/004379/01 & Passport no A9535223. My correct name as per proof "AMIK KUMAR PARKHE" Plse look in to the matter and do the needful ASAP. My name is Babu Lal Gaur which is misspeled as Babu Lal goud.
My file no. Z530011.
The correct name is Babu Lal Gaur.
My application date is 18/11/2010
