I had applied for the passport in the regional office of Ghaziabad, UP on 12th Dec 2004 vide File no. Z[protected]. It has been 3 years since and I still haven't received my passport. Now status is coming as "Application has been closed, Please reapply quoting earlier File Number or contact PRO." from last 1 months. Earlier the status was something as "to produce NOC since you are working in government/PSU sector". Even though I dint mention anywhere while filling form that I am an government employee. I am working for private limited company and that only i had mentioned in application.

Please let me know what should i do next.

I had applied for passport in Feb 2006, and my application has got rejected in varification.

What should i do further to get a passport plese let me know.
