it take more one half month. but police verification is completed in dec/10/12/2008.
but my family visa time is one month is balance. so now i am waiting for my children passport.
my family passport submitted in hyd.passport office.but they are not giving any answer to my family

I have applied for passport on 1st January 2011. All the inquiry was done and they said that the passport is expected to be dispatched by 27th June subject to all documents being in order. I have faced many hassles while applying and also while clearing the police report. Please for now i would have gone to US and settled over there. But your response is stil embarissing.

When I call the enquiry, they are simply asking me whether the verification has been done or not and giving generic answer. Respected sir this is Shaik Sanaullah, I am one among the most frustrated Bangalore citizen for getting passport. I have applied my Passport in the month of 5/8/2008, even after 45 days I did not receive my passport, and my problems started from hear. I have been to passport office in kormangala after 45 days as per your rule, the office over there told me that there are discrepancies “your Police verification status that you are residing in you current address for less than 1 year”
OK, I did not receive any mail the officer told we have sent you a letter. Our great postal department has not delivered it. Eventually again I have write a letter and attach a document where I was residing previously. On July 1st, 2008 i have submitted all my discripencies docouments but till the date I have no idea what is going on. Even I have checked online but there is no update. Sir I work in Night shifts by the time I come home it will be 11.00 in the morning and not to forget. I have called up the kormangala office for at lest 200 times but there is no one to pick up the call. Just to let you know sir I got a offer form my company to go abroad I have only have 10 more days to go. I have been struggling very very hard to get my passport. No one is ready to help if you need any information come to Kormangala and stand in that “Q”

For your kind information, This is Srinivasa Rao Muthum .I was applied for a fresh passport at Hyderabad Passport Office dated 08/08/2007. After some days Police officials have arrived my permanent address mentioned in the application and completed their verification process within 25 working days since the date of application. But after this 1 month later I have checked and found there was no update my passport status in the Online.

On a fine day I had visited Adalath placed at Passport Office (Hyderabad) to come to know about the status of my application. The officials replied me back that Police have to submit clearance certificate from the other address mentioned in the application form which is at GUNTUR (Guntur Dist.). They advised me to register one Personal Particulars Form (PPF) application again for address verification process and I have done the same.

After a few days I revisited the Adalath again and did enquire about my application Status. The officials have replied me the same that they have been waiting for the clearance certificate from the police officials.

After all getting frustration I went into the Adalath once again in the last month of July 2008 for checking out the status. They have replied me that they have finally received the Police Clearance Form from the concerned police department and keeping the application ahead for the next phase and have also told by them that I would be getting the passport within 15 days.

When I checked out my status online I found nothing mentioned in my status box. I was shocked and again have approached the Passport officials in last month of August'2008. They told me again that still the application is in the process and need to wait for another 15 days.

So, I would request you all please help me in getting my passport as early as possible. Please forgive me if we have written or mentioned anything wrong in the above but I would request you to do some justice to my request and help me reaching my goal and I believe in that you would not disappoint me in the same.

I have applied for renewal of my passport on 30th April 08 as it was getting expired on 9th July 2008.Passport # A5888161

I have a valid US visa and just waiting to fly ASAP as my client wants me to join on my job immediately.

The police verification was completed on 14th May itself .I have confirmed this from the Alwal-PS .I have already taken my tickets for 21st may and then had to cancel as i had not receive my passport.The online message earlier said that it would be dispatched by 17th June however now it says that it will be delayed by another week.

Every time whenever i enquire it was told that the PCr not received. NOT RECEIVED MY PASSPORT — not received pcc

i koppula raghavender reddy applied for police clearance certificate bearing file no: M 008385, dated[protected], the officials told that in 15days i will get my passport. but till now i not yet received my passport. please tell me what i have to do and were i should contact.

I applied for Passport under Tatkal scheme on 25/01/2011. I submitted my application and fees in the Regional Passport office and I was supposed to receive my passport on 02/02/2011. Its already the 14th of February but I haven't received it yet.

I am in urgent need of the passport and would like to know why the delay. Is there any way I can track this ? What is the point of spending extra to receive something faster, when it doesn't even arrive in time ?

The SMS channel the passport office mentions does not even respond to the SMS's that I sent enquiring about the Passport. The website status says 'Police report not received', which is not helpful at all as in 'Tatkal' scheme the Police verification happens after receiving the Passport. The phone number mentioned on the website is also of no use as nobody picks up !

I am in a very helpless situation and would really appreciate if I get some clarity on this process

An Applications has been submitted for the passport of my son’s on 24-june-2010, in E-seva. Arman Moosa Khan(file no--i001903) & Arhaam Ahmed Khan (File no. i001904).Police inquiry has not done yet and in the web site the status is showing from past one month. My name is Mohammad Imran and my file number is: H00744211. I have applied for passport on 11th March of 2011 and police enquiry was over within a month and everything was fine and since that day until now i didnt get my passport and status shows "Will be dispatched within weeks time". I went to the passport office in a huge line at 6:00 AM and got enquiry token and status was everything is clear nothing wrong with the application and police report still i didnt get my passport and i lost 4 job oppurtunities :(. I asked for DPO appointment and met him hardly after 4 days and he was APO and he has written to DPO again on 24th of January i got appointment and i met him on that day Mr Madhavan (DPO) i reported everything he said wait ill get ur file after lunch i waited for the lunch and finally i heard that they lost my passport File and hence they cant issue passport, Is it my mistake to pay for it ? and then they said they will call me after they finish searching File. They dnt give appointment properly how can they personally call us and report about the status. Im still waiting for the Passport this is how Indian Passport Officers work.
They dnt even care whats the situation we are going through it has been 1 year my passport still in searching the file isnt there any alternate method to get it as soon as possible because Im loosing lots of oppurtunites in this competative world of Engineers.

I received a message on my mobile number and e-mail saying your passport undelivered because of reason "Wrong Address" My question is when I have provided the relevant and correct address along with the relevant documents and also Police verification done then why such issues occur. Please help me provide the Passport at the earliest. I need the Passport as soon as possible, I paid for my Passport. In India, is it possible to get anything without bribe? Please prove my point. I also raised a complaint on Passport Website with reference ID [protected], Passport Helpdesk said they will contact me or reply me before 25th Sep 2014, today is 2nd October 2014 no reply till date. Hoping for an early reply and please take strict actions against those officials because of whom I am facing such issues.

Hyd W 260723 to the regional passport office Hyderabad, my police inquiry has been completed and in the month of march 2011 and same has been dispatched from P.V.Cell, Necklace Road on[protected] but the regional passport office of Hyderabad has not delivered my passport, many times I checked the status report but only status printed have received on the internet, no date have been given in the status report on internet.
