[Resolved]  Passport Office Jammu — Delay in issue of passport

Dear sir,
I applied for issue of a new passport at Poonch on 27.10.2011 bearing file no Z160127 . My police as well as CID verification was done and the same has been forward to Passport office. But the status on website still shows that file is not found. Please help me in issuing the passport as I am in urgent need of it.

Dear sir' i am a senior citizen and a lady

my police verification etc have been done
i have not received my passport till date,
while i tried to track my passport it showed no results
personaly visiting the office is futile as no one seems to be helping

Delay in issue of passport
Dear Sir,
I applied for issue of a new passport with details as below:
Application no: A011159
YEAR-2011.NOV
Name: Balwinder kour w/o lakhbir singh
Police verification details: completed and forwarded to passport office baering CID
But the status on website still shows that the police verification is pending.
Anyone can please help me in issue this passport as I am in urgent need of it
