Hello, I have applied for a passport on 24th June 2010, but not yet received it. Current status is "Application has been transferred to policy section, Please See the PRO ", what is this PRO and why my application is transferred there? My Application Number is PAT-A[protected] in PATNA . Is there any way to cancel this Application so that I can reapply in TATKAL as I need my passport urgent. Please help me. Many Thanks.
