I and my sister applied for passports. The respective File Reference no.s are Z506873, Z506410. The status as per the your web site is as follows:
"It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time" since 10 days.
Please do despatch our passports as early as possible.

new passports — PASSPORT STATUS NOT CLEAR

Following are the passsport enquiries of passports applied on april 10, 2008 of my family and i m very much disappointed as no information about their processing status is being cleared to me, not from your website .its already too late and making me worried .
Pl. clarify the status.
