Sir/Madam, I Sukanya Madaswamy, applied for passport on April 04,2011 at Visakhapatnam passport office and File Ref No is VSP-Z[protected] with name as Sukanya Madaswamy.My police enquiry has been done on April 16, 2011. Respected,I have applied my Passport on "12th of april 2011" and my police enquires have been cleared on 12th of june. 2011 !
i haven't received my passport yet. please look into matter as its urgent.
