Dear Sir/Madam,
This is M.GOVINDA RAO, citizen of an India, born on 05.07.1971 and working in oman as a project manager since 2014.Earlier I had hand written passport (A6530865) issued at Visakhapatnam regional passport office on 09.11.1998 valid for 20 years (08.11.2018) with my native village address. The details as follows

Because of my livelihood that i had permanently shifted and settled in Aganampudi of visakhapatnam since 2006 with my family with the following address.

As per instruction and notification of external affairs ministry that i had hand over the hand written passport on 20.12.2015 to the Indian Embassy office at Muscat, to get the computerized pass port with the change of address as mentioned above. After several inquiries the passport officer at Embassy told that issue of passport is being delayed due to non-availability data base at Visakhapatnam to issue the computerized passport. Later i had approached the passport officer at Indian embassy at Muscat to make an alternate arrangement to go to India as an urgency to meet my family on 07.01.2016.So they had issued the computerized passport (N2791751) with change of address with validity of 1-year (06.01.2016 to 05.01.2017).Now i had applied for extension of passport through passport officer at Indian embassy at Muscat on 18.12.2016.Till now i didn’t get my new passport with extension. Today that i had inquired at BLS International at Muscat (Indian passport and visa service center) about delay in issue of passport. It has come to know that the delay is being due to non-approval from regional passport office at Visakhapatnam (Andhara Pradesh).Now my son Mr.Vedavyasa(Age-10 Years) was hospitalized on 06.01.2017 due to burnt injury at Yashoda Hospital in Hayderabad-India & I need to attend my M-TECH exams on 06.02.2017 at JNTU, Hyderabad, Telangana. So i am here by requesting you to issue my new passport to travel to India to take care of my family and to attend the exams at the earliest.

Mother travel from srikakulam to vizag with 3 weeks old baby went PSK Visakhapatnam arranged and followed procedure mentioned in passport website if one parent residing abroad unable to get affidavit from embassy can submit appendix G with judicial megistrate or executive megistrate sign when submit counter they refused because judicial megistrate sign only accept and also need mother baby photo affixed on annexure G but in PSK website no where mentioned like that if there is anything why not updated in website she returned without process and its so sad. i request to implement system little easier especially minors small babies and senior citizens and also passport offices need to cooperative with public like other countries and be practical .

I would like to inform you that, i has been passed two weeks after police verification done for my daughter's passport file no-vs[protected]name :tejaswi) still status showing "pending for physical police verification at respective thana under commissioner of police, district guntur urban". i have contacted commissioner office guntur and they were answering that are uploaded report in the system.. kindly follow up and issue the passport.

Dear Sir, Please find my Passport normal (60 pages) application history given below: I had done payment and booked appointment on 9th and 10th March of 2014 I got appoint on 2nd May 2014. Certificate verification done and status granted Police verification done on 9th May 2014 On 13th May 2014 status shown " Police Report has been submitted by SP Office, District Vizianagaram and Passport printing process in progressing" On 1st June 2014 till now status shown "Police Report has been submitted by SP Office, District Vizianagaram and action for passport printing is initiated, to be followed by lamination, signing, quality check and dispatch." I have been calling regional passport office (Visakhapatnam)for inquiry always they are say like wait for another 10 days or not lifting the call. Hi, I have visited Visakhapatnam Regional Passport office on 25-Feb-2013 and got my closure letter for my passport applicaiton dated 14-May-2008 bearing File num :VSPA1642508.They have issued me the closure letter for my passport application.But the file is still not closed in the system due to which my fresh passport which i have applied in Bangalore on 17-Jan-2012 bearing File no:BN[protected] is in pending status staing that referred...

I Venkata Prasad from Visakhaptanam had applied for a new passport in the Visakhapatnam's PSK on 14/12/2011. The Police came for Police Verification (PV) on 27/12/2011. But the status in the website is not yet updated (as on 5/3/2012) . On contacting the Special Branch Passport Police Visakhapatnam, they Informed that the PV was dispatched on 9/1/2012 and gave the C.No and Lr No. On contacting the Passport Seva Kendra Support center They are saying to wait few more days .
How many days I have to wait for it and when will the passport be dispatched to me ?

I have submitted passport application on 25/07/2011.Police verification is done within 2months.I didnt get my passport till now and passport application status is not shown in Online.My passport application file no is Z900545.If I check the status of the Application,"Entered wrong file number or Information not available " is shown as result. Please do the needful.

It has been showing that "Police report has not yet received". I have already done with verification. What to do?

Dear sir(s),
I have applied for a surname change,inclusion of spouse name,change of address on 1st Apr 2011.
The police verification is done in the second week of April. From then on whenever i go to the passport office VISAKHAPATANAM, they always send me saying that i would get the passport in the next week. Half an year passed with the same answer. Even i logged a complaint in mail, there is no appropriate action taken till now.
I even requested them to grant me permission to take the passport by hand, as i am now in a desperate need of my passport. I have been apart from my spouse six months and i need to join him as soon as possible. But no seems to be bothered about my concerns. As a citizen of India I have every right to log a complaint against any official.

Please register a complaint and do the needful.

Dear Sir(s),
I got married and hence i applied for a surname change, inclusion of spouse name, change of address on 1st April 2011. The police verification finished within two weeks.But i still did not receive my passport.I'am in deliberate need of my passport to join my hubby abroad.My file reference number is X003291.
Till recent times the status of my application is not updated in the portal, and when ever i go to the passport office, they sent me back saying that i will get the passport in the next week.Six months passed but i still did not get my passport yet. I logged a complaint through mail, but no action has been taken till now.

Please register a complaint, and help me in getting my passport at the earliest possible.

I applied for renewal of my passport on 25th Mar, 2011 bearing file reference number VSP/E 000880.

As my house address got changed police verification was done and the report was submitted to RPO in the month of June. It's been 3 months after that and i have still not received my passport.

Submission of my passport is very much essential in my organization, as it would be basis for my confirmation.

I K Rama applied passport on[protected] with File Reference No: VSP-X[protected] of Name: RAMA KAKARA. My Passport Was Dispatched But When that time I am not at my City . I came to your office 4 times. But they didn't gave correct information and also passport status in online also empty. And also my visa is also expiring please do it as quick as possible Please... Sir

I am KKKumar and applied for pass port ON[protected] ONLINE and police verification done and police returned the report file in second week of August 2011.
There are four telephone numbers provided. Two for enquiry and two general. I have been trying all the numbers for a month and no one bothers to answer the calls.
I think the staff are feeling that phones are for communicting with their families and not for public.
I would like to know whether they are working. Status in online enquiry says "police report not recieved".

I have applied for PCC for Australia on 16.08.2011 and I was told by Mr.P. Satyanarayana in vizag passport office that police verification report is not recieved( The Actual police verification was over well before I got my Passport) and hence he has initiated police verification report again, I have been to the old passport office on[protected] and got my online status updated to passport has been handed over to the applicant from police verification reort has not been recieved. It's been 2 weeks already the new police verification report has been initiated but I haven't got any call or no police has come for the verification, I have called District S.P office KAKINADA today and have asked about the status of my file number VS[protected], they said they have not recieved any thing with this number yet, but they have recieved file numbers which were posted after[protected].

Could you please let me know what do i have to do to get the PCC ?

With reference to the above mentioned subject; my son (Mr.Andrew Raaj Dowrla) has submitted the passport application form in visakhapatnam branch on 20.01.2011 reference file no-VSP-A[protected].
but still he has not received the passport.
I have personally checked in the online system; it is showing that police report has not been received yet to RPO (Regional passport office)Visakhapatnam. He has submitted the police clearance report to Kakinada police station. Clearance report has already been submitted by S.P. Kakinada police station. (E) Godavari district .Sir It has already been 5 months over but still he has not received his passport yet. I would kindly request you to please look into this matter & I hope that you will be help me out regarding on this.Awaiting your positive response.
