As i had applied for a fresh passport at the PSK MANGALORE on 14/10/2011,My police verification was completed 2 months ago but yet my passport has to be dispatched.So i kindly request you look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. i want to inform you that i have applied for passport at passport seva kendra , patna with application reference no.[protected] & file no.-PA[protected] on 20/7/2012. my police verification has been done both by C.I.D & respective police station of hajipur more than two months ago. but on status tracker it is continuously showing that your passport application is under review at regional passport office since more than one month. while it is written on website that passport will be dispatched within 3 working days of receiving clear police verification. i have tried to contact customer care but didn't get satisfactory response.so, i request you to kindly look into the matter & get my problem resolved.

With the above I had appiled fresh passport on 05/03/2011 and also I surrended my old passport No Q168834 dated 20/08/1993 at Tiruchirappalli ( place of issue ) .
So far I have not received fresh passport nor any information regrading the above.
Please send the fresh passport at your earliest
