[Resolved] passports — To resolve passport issue for file No. JPR-W[protected] & file No. JPR-W[protected] pending from 3 months | |||
To Passport Manager, I have applied for my 2 years old daughter’s passport ( file No. JPR-W[protected] on dated 27th Dec 2011 & My father applied for his passport ( file No. JPR-W[protected] on dated 27th Dec 2011. After three months of the application, status of both applications are showing as “ Police verification has been waived and file is under process” and “ Police report has not been received” respectively. Screen shorts of both applications are attached for your ready reference. Please note that Police verification has been completed two months back for both applications. You are requested to please resolve both issue as earliest as possible. Awaiting your quivk response. passports — Did not get Acknowledgment Card
Sir/Madam,We sent our product on 29th October 2009 to Canadian High Commission situated at Delhi. We had been attached our acknowledgment card along with the parcel. Usually, we will receive that card within 7 to 9 days. But, this time we still did not receive the acknowledgment card from Canadian High Commission until now. So we are afraid of that for whether the parcel is got received by the embassy. That is why we would like to complain u regarding this parcel. Kindly do the favour for us regarding this issue.

Sir, I, Avtar singh Govt. employee at NIT. Jalandhar, applied for passport 04/11/08, provided NOC to your office by my department.My Deptt(Dr, BR Ambedkar NIT, Jalandhar) also has sent Identity Certificate(ANNEXURE `B`) to your office 3 weeks ago. This letter, I have given to you(Passport officer) by hand, after taking appointment from you, because I have needed passport very urgently. you had told me that within one week, I will get it surely, otherwise, I want to applied under Tatkaal- scheme.But, when you advised me that my passport will come home within one week, so, I rejected Tatkaal-scheme .It is very surprising matter that one side you write/say that Govt.employee when provided identity certificate from his/her Department/employer, does not need police verification, but other side when I check status of my application, it is written, Police verification has not been sent while I have provided identification certificate to you regarding your office letter. My file no.is P07468208 .My wife applied under Tatkaal scheme, with required fees. Her file no is P08199808 . so, that is the 2nd reminder, kindly do the needful..
