Worst service. How do you have vendors who let hawkers and on the road waiting people enter the bus and move curtains to talk to lady passengers. The bus doesn't stop for women to use washroom but for men only as they can do it all in the open. The bus hasn't stopped in 6 hours to allow to buy snacks and it's 10 pm. Please take relevant actions...

dear sir my brother had a visa interview in Bombay at 29 th December 2009 and i have a two SLIPPER CLASS(PRICE - 900) ticket of PATEL TOURS AND TRAVEL, but there is some problem in cooling system of engine so slipper class bus canceled at that time and they provide US 2 BY 2 SITTER CLASS SHEET (PRICE - 700). after completion of traveling i went to there office for 200 rupee refund but they told me that we are not providing any refund to you. i have there ticket
