I booked ticket online. However, it is my right to get the current information provided by travel agent who working at the Patel travel's office
I am complaining about Miss. Keya, a female travel agent at location 8, Shroff Chamber, Paldi, Ahmedabad. She didn't bother to answer when I need her guidance about pick up and drop off. Miss. Keya continuously ignored to answer my questions.
I missed my pickup mini travel van from 8, Shroff Chamber, Paldi, Ahmedabad and I had to manage to reach for a pick up point at SG highway, Ahmedabad by myself because
she didn't guide me properly while I am traveling to completely new city.
Miss. Keya not only ignoring the questions of a customer but also she failed to provide current information that created a big havoc to myself because I had to rush to reach at SG highway, Ahmedabad in order to catch the my bus on time though I reached on time at Paldi, Ahmedabad.
She is getting paid to guide and answer the customers of Patel Tours and Travels.
Please take a strict action against her otherwise you may loose your valuable customers for further.
